Re: Completely replacing original price with alt price?

A HA - that explains one of my issues! I'll set up a test site and upgrade the plugin to v5 and see how I get on.

I assume that I can make the same change as mentioned before to the js file to hide the original price?

Re: Completely replacing original price with alt price?

Hi Norman Having upgraded to v5 of NorPrice, we've only just realised the prices in the cart and checkout at http://www.anythinglefthanded.co.uk/ no longer update and show the changed currency. I'm guessing the JavaScript change (to hide the original price) doesn't affect the cart and checkout. Any ...

Re: Completely replacing original price with alt price?

Thanks so much for the help Norman.

This works great in the store pages, but unfortunately in the basket the prices both appear and are just run together like this:

£44.5071.42 USD

Any suggestions gratefully received!

Thanks

Completely replacing original price with alt price?

Hi Norman

I have a customer who doesn't want to show the old price at all when customers choose to see the new alt price. Is there a way to completely replace it? Or hide the original with CSS? it would also require removing the brackets from around the alt price.

Thanks

Re: Always Include Thumnail for Main Product Image

Many thanks Norman - that works brilliantly.

I had found the code in the 'Magic Zoom Image List' layout but hadn't thought to edit 'Standard Product Image' to make sure the code around the product image was also present and correct.

Have a great day - and thanks for everything you do.

Always Include Thumnail for Main Product Image

Hi Norman I have a client who ALWAYS wants a thumbnail version of the main product image to appear in the thumbnail list - even when there are no alternative images specified (in ZoomImage1, ZoomImage2, etc.) He doesn't want it clickable. He just wants it there. Any suggestions? 12.0.2 Thanks in adv...

Re: SEO for resized image filenames

Hi Norman

The product image filenames are already optimised for SEO, so just incorporating the filename into the resized image filename should work fine.

Thanks for your help.

Re: SEO for resized image filenames

Hi Norman It's a tweaked version of your code - with just the resized image folder name changed for various reasons... <actinic:block if="%3cactinic%3avariable%20name%3d%22ProductImageFileName%22%20%2f%3e%20%21%3d%20%22%22"> <actinic:block php="true" > // AutoProductImages V2.00 include_once 'dpimag...

SEO for resized image filenames

Hi Norman I'm using your image resizing code for a new site for a client where they have 50,000 products! He currently does very well on Google bevause his product filenames contain keywords. However, the new site uses resized images that look like: api_000cb88821c6213c85bda6f754827922_150_150_fffff...

Re: Moving the label and close link to the top?

They could try using GreyBox instead ( http://orangoo.com/labs/GreyBox/ ). That places the title at the top and there's a post on this Forum regarding converting an existing site from Slimbox to GreyBox.

Re: Moving the label and close link to the top?

Hi Norman

The customer had gone quiet on this so I was hoping they had forgotten about it... but no such luck

The Lightbox file I am using is Lightbox-SlimboxV305-852HMVA.zip

Many thanks again.

Re: Sorter - Automatically sort A-z

Hmmm - doesn't seem to be working. Could you just take a very quick look at http://dev.page45.com/actinic-test/store/ (try searching for 'Pilgrim') And see what I've missed The file at... http://dev.page45.com/actinic-test/store/sortedproductssupport.js ... definitely seems to have the correction in...

Re: Sorter - Automatically sort A-z

That's great. This particular client only ever wants A-Z on the search results, so customers changing sort preferences won't be an issue.

Many thanks.
