importing the shipping data infromation

Hi Norman, here's another query:
I have set the shipping information into the "Rem 1" field, but it does not seem to be appearing into actinic, what am i doing wrong??

What version of Actinic are you using?
Also I presume you mean the Product Weight field (by having a number in the REM1 field). Is that right?

Currently using the latest Actinic 6, and yep it is the product weight that i am inputting.
Could it be because i am putting in, for example, 0.566 as a weight??

You're doing it OK. It's a bug. Fixed now in V3.1.98.
You can download from
http://www.drillpine.biz/norcat/norcatupdate.zip
Just unzip it into your C:\Norcat folder.
