Tabber v4 layouts

I have imported the tabber snapshot successfully. The layouts just do not appear in the library so I cannot action this part:

Any ideas.Go to Design / Library / Layouts / Fragments / FragmentLayout / Values.
Click Fragment Layout Using CSS - Tabbed Descriptions and then the [>] button to move it
from Available... into the Layouts Offered... list. OK out.
Go to Design / Library / Layouts / Products / ProductLayout / Values.
Click Standard Layout Using CSS - Tabbed Descriptions and then the [>] button to move it
from Available... into the Layouts Offered... list.
Click Standard Layout Using CSS - Tabbed Descriptions Split and then the [>] button to move it
from Available... into the Layouts Offered... list. OK out
Go to Design / Library / Layouts / Products / ProductPageProductLayout / Values.
Click Standard Layout Using CSS - Tabbed Descriptions and then the [>] button to move it
from Available... into the Layouts Offered... list.
Click Standard Layout Using CSS - Tabbed Descriptions Split and then the [>] button to move it
from Available... into the Layouts Offered... list. OK out
