Nortree error

Hi,
Nor tree was working perfectly, but now i am getting an error when it loads, it does not work on the first "mousover" but it will work on the second "mousover" but puts a page error icon in the bottom left of the page.
and it does not work at all on the product page.
what could be causing this.
