Nortree v1.13. issues with menus @ different resolutions.

Please help ! I am new to web coding - so please forgive me if i am asking a stupid question.
I am currently building a web site using actinic ver 7.07. I am using nortree for my drop down menus - and it works perfectly at high resolutions - but anything below 1024X768, and the menu appears to take a wander ! ( i know its everything else on the screen that has moved !

I understand that Nortree has a 'start top' and 'start left', but as my web pages change position depending on the screen resolution - I wanted to know if there was anything I could do ? (Hope that makes sense)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
