Upgarde Actinic , Norlist Not Working

Hi Norm
I have just upgraded to the latest Internet Explorer 8 and now for some reason NorList does to expand across the page
see http://www.ziplob.co.uk/index.html on hover over Nomination then Links
Has the upgrade altered the way in which it works?
