It's not you. It's a well known "feature". The input widgets aren't truly part of the HTML page and they way they are implemented means that they are hard to control. You'd probably see the same behavoiur with other embedded objects (like Flash, Java Applets, etc). If you search the web yo...

It is possible (but complex) to anchor the menu to an HTML element. Read the TwinHelix documentation for how to to that. The NorCascade program will allow you to set the Target parameter (main page near top left), but you'll have to get the rest from the documentation as I don't use this feature mys...

http://www.surfline.external.smarte-commerce.co.uk/ is now working as it should. Perhaps we have different interpretations of what "collapsing" means.

Any valid HTML will work there so just try an <img...> tag.

You'll need to manually FTP these images to your servers acatalog directory (or upload then via Actinic's Advanced / Additional Files).

Also keep a copy of these images in PreviewHTML so that they work OK on previews.

OK. Looking at http://www.surfline.external.smarte-commerce.co.uk/ I see you now have a centred fixed width layout. However you menu is bound to the left edge of the browser window. To fix this, run the NorCascade configurator and check Center (near top left). This centres the menu on-screen. Now ad...

You have some pages (Product ones) using a centred & fixed width layout and other pages (Store Top) using a full width left aligned layout. NorCascade can work with either but not both (the configuration parameters are common to all pages). You can either use a centred menu with a negative X off...

I would like to purchase currency converter This will work with Norcat generated sites but needs the forthcoming release of Norcat (V4) to operate. This isn't due for a month or two. However, if you're keen to get going with the converter now, then you could upgrade now (I'd send you an interim ves...

1.) Is it possible to get a picture of an item in checkout even if we are not using our styles by colour code, ie we just use the one product reference and no colour codes? That should be possible quite soon when I finish Norcat V4. It will support the Actinic V7 Thumbnail capability for your big p...

It should work with V7. However there's a new discount related NETQUOTEVAR in the V7 Product Templates so it may be a good idea to replace ( in AddToCart_ExtendedInfo.html created from the ReadMe ) the line: <b>NETQUOTEVAR:PRODUCTPRICE</b> with: <b>NETQUOTEVAR:PRODUCTPRICE</b><br> <span class="...

Update: You can restrict the range of available currencies.

Norprice V 1.14 allows you to set an optional Custom Property that contains a list of currencies to use.

E.g. setting SHOWONLY to EUR-JPY-USD will only allow Euro, Yen and US Dollars to be displayed.

Using NorPrice for prices embedded in Choices.

NorPrice has been updated to automatically convert prices in Choices. This works for all type of variants - Checkboxes, Radio Buttons and Drop Down Lists. A price within a Choice's HTML for Name field "£n.nn" will be expanded to show both it and the alternative currency. Format must be cu...

Using NorPrice with prices in the Description or CUSTOMVARs

NorPrice supports additional prices (even in the text of a description). All you have to do is add e.g. (this example is on the http://www.drillpine.biz/v7multiprice/acatalog/Products_with_Optional_Extras.html page) This week-to-view desk planner is available with an optional set of inserts for next...
