Multiple Prompt Boxes

Post by ianallcoat »

Hi,

I am just creating a site and may be using the other info prompt patch to overcome a problem for my client's site. I have got it working on the test site at the moment and all works very well except that if I leave a field blank, I am not requested to go back and fill it before continuing.

Reading through the notes, it mentions the ability (by adding a colon) to allow the fields to be optional so that a customer can leave the field empty without error. I must therefore be doing something slightly wrong as I haven't added colons but do not get an error should I leave a field or two blank.

Does anyone know what I maty need to do to rectify the problem

Thanks,
Cheers,
norman

Hi Norman,

The URL is http://www.santaletters4u.com. I have put a username and password on the site until I have got everything working as it should, so please enter fatherchristmas as a username and presents for the password. Thanks,

Ian
