Hotfix for V2.0.4 through 2.0.6. Solves BrochurePageID error

This is a hotfix for Multi Product Images V2.04 through 2.06 only. Do not use on other versions.
It fixes a spurious warning about BrochurePageID when building the site. I.e.
'BrochurePageID' variable has been placed within the 'StandardFragmentImage' layout, but it won't work there.
Installation instructions are in the attached Zipfile.
