Non secure image loading on SSL page

Post by tdw »

Hi,
I have noticed that in the checkout when the SSL is activated, if I click on the nor price link I get a prompt to allow secure and non secure items to load. Is there a way to stop that message? I know its a link from the textor creater site. I am just testing the store, and a custmer may decide to click on the currency button in the checkout.

Thanks

I don't think this can be avoided. The client is requesting a popup from another non-SSL site.

If you really want to avoid this you could change the Checkout Primary Template to either hide the popup link, direct the customer to a separate (non SSL) page containing the popup code (e.g. a brochure page), or send them to a warning message about the secure / unsecure info.
