Stock images not showing up in actinic

I have placed some stock images in the previewHTML directory, and they are not appearing when i update the actinic catalog. They are actual stock items in t2t, there is stock against it, and the image is correctly named. Any suggestions?

Make sure that in Norcat / Cofig / Site Path points to the actual PreviewHTML folder and has a trailing "\" on the end. E.g.

C:\Program Files\Actinic ecommerce v5\Sites\Site1\PreviewHTML\
