I have made the changes to the actnic.pm according to

But no emails are being generated.
Does anyone what the problem could be?

Sendmail for actinic version 7.0.1
Actinic 7.0.1 supports authenticated SMTP and should work on most servers.
If you don't have SMTP available then this patch might help. You need the Perl module Mail::mailer installed.
However as the patch runs on the server (behind the scenes, so to speak) it's almost impossible for a 3rd party to diagnose problems.
Looking at your servers error log might help. And getting a server guru to look would definitely be good.
There's also a post somewhere on the Actinic Comminity (I don't know where) that patches my patch to directly use SendMail.
