incorrect image size in Actinic preview

Have just made some changes to product images and now lightbox preview is incorrectly sized in Actinic preview and offline preview in IE. (see attached jpg)
It is OK in Firefox and also OK if uploaded to test site.

Have tried deleting all known caches but cannot resize these images correctly.

Any suggestions?

I see exactly the same thing if I resize an image and keep the same file name.

Unfortunately the problem isn't in Lightbox and probably not in Actinic but when Previewing in Internet Explorer and there's little any of us can do about that.

I can get the fault to eventually go away by fiddling with a single page Preview followed by a combination of Control / Refresh, Control / Shift / Refresh, Alt / Refresh, closing and restarting IE. However nothing I've done seems to be repeatable enough to document. Infuriating.

Thanks Norman. It's someway reassuring to know it's not just me!

I was trying to find where the original image dimensions would be stored but it may be easier just to change the file name.
